Our programs are designed for all youth ages 12-18. Our market includes private schools, public schools, after school and youth groups, organizations who value health and wellness as an important element to a quality life. Our programs are interactive and educational which engages participants in thought and discussion. We teach about real life tools required to live a healthy life. Everything from the basics of food to dissecting fast food nutrition and its implications on health, to the effects of bullying, diseases caused by poor health habits, forgiveness and positive thinking on health, fun fitness and much more. This program is unique in its design to address the “whole person”, it is not just another boring diet and exercise program.
Our fitness and activity is also a unique element to our program. We help our participants learn the basics of “fitness and workout”. Too many it’s a scary topic or a boring topic that adults continue telling them they need. But why? We explain the why with benefits of physical activity as well as the cost of physical inactivity. Our fitness and movement sessions focus on fun activities that are fitness related with elements of coordination, teamwork, mental challenge, and mostly group fun. We want to express the importance of activity to our youth without burdening them with the stigma of more boring exercise and workouts. We want to instill the motivation to keep them moving and be active by themselves or with friends to ultimately create a lifelong habit.
